Crocefieschi is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Genoa in the Italian region Liguria, located about 20 kilometres (12 mi) northeast of Genoa. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 604 and an area of 11.6 square kilometres (4.5 sq mi).
The municipality of Crocefieschi contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Crebaia, Crosi, Preria, Strassera, Vallegge, and Vallemara.
Crocefieschi borders the following municipalities: Busalla, Savignone, Valbrevenna, Vobbia.
