Bocchigliero (Cosenza)
Imprecisate but certainly remote are its origins, as evidenced by frequent archaeological finds carried out in its territory. The present inhabitant probably arose in the tenth century to escape Saracen incursions. It is located along the Trionto River Basin, near the Laurenzana torrent.
